A Karmo Grade 1 Area Court in Abuja has charged a lady, Mercy Segun, 42, for pouring pepper in her little girl's vagina causing her genuine agony.
The blamed who was summoned on Wednesday, August 30, 2017, is currently confronting a three-tally charge of criminal power, attack and making hurt a minor, the Daily Post News reports.
Her neighbor, Gift, revealed the issue to the Karmo Police Station which prompted an examination and consequent capture, police prosecutor Florence Auhioboh told the court.
The recorded offenses which Segun argued not liable to, repudiates against Sections 246, 265 and 238 and of the Penal Code.
She could secure safeguard allowed by court judge, Alhaji Abubakar Sadiq, in the aggregate of N30,000 and a surety anticipated that would pay like-whole.
The hearing was deferred till Monday, September 25, 2017, for promote consideration.
