Two equipped criminals, Indian hemp dealer, car thieves and a kidnapper/ritualist were paraded before newsmen at the Lagos state Police Command, Ikeja.
Imediate past magistrate of police, Fatai Owoseni who addressed news men portrayed the distinctive violations comitted by the suspects.
One of the suspects, Aliyu Abudulai was gotten while attempting to butcher a 4 year old young lady who he had caught from her mom's shop at White Sand advertise, Ebutte-Metta.
